Protected Learning Dates:

The staff at Salisbury House Surgery are taking part in a series of important training sessions.   This training will help improve the services we provide to our patients.  

As a result it will be necessary to close the surgery from 2pm on the following dates:

Wednesday 20th March

Tuesday 23rd April

Tuesday 14th May

Thursday 27th June

Wednesday 11th September

Thursday 17th October

Wednesday 13th November

When you ring the usual surgery number you will now be given a menu with 6 optiions. This should help direct you to the service you require. 

Menu set up- All patients ringing 01525 243890 will be asked to select from the following**

1 Appointments

2 Visits/General Enquiries

3 Prescription Queries,

4 Results (1-4pm only) message given outside these times.

5 Referrals and Letters -you can also ring a direct dial number 01525 243891 Mon -Friday 9-4.30

6 Insurance and Medical reports -you can also ring a direct dial number 01525 243898 8.30 -4.30 Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday

 

**Patient will hear a recording telling where they are in the queue, this allows them to choose to hang on or try later.

Medical Students

We are now a training practice and there may be occasions when you will be asked if you would see medical students prior to your appointment with a GP.
